Our MBK pantry has partnered with the culinary art after school program to distribute food to families in need. This class will also receive community service certificates form our Community Service Program at the end of the school year.
This is another way we have been able to combine efforts to serve the community on multiple levels. Food from Feed New York is broken down and distributed by kids from our community school. We are the bridge between the need and our kids get to become part of the solution as they serve their community.
